My post was originally to show that after all the crap I'd been through I'm proud to arrive at the next challenge hence the reaching out to everyone here, I appologise if I sounded like I was whinging or giving a sob Story, belive me I'm not feeling sorry for myself, I'm all ready to go with the next exciting chapter in my life.The reason I said ' I dont want to work ' was mainly because my mentors ie Sylvester Stallone, Robbins would always hint ' never work for someone else ' as it takes your focus away from what you want to do.I was hoping there might be a way I could work for myself and only for myself as opposed to working for a boss and earning a weekly salary.If I could have things my way I'd work 9 - 6 week days for myself keeping all the profits and putting it all into real estate, However I'm yet to figure out exactly how to start that without any previous savings or current income.I read alot of books and watch alot of ' motivating material ' but these materials always seem to lack the ' before I was a millionaire I worked <insert> for <insert> to save <insert>.

Also the appearance of cataracts starting to form may be an hint that you'll be having to double check a lot of their work. 

(Hint: The landlord is the one getting sued.)But on the other hand, this is a situation that people tend to overthink. 

I don't have any helpful hints from the investing perspective, but I can give personal feedback as an RN that traveled for nearly 7 years all across the country.

The people I know from the area are kinda hinting to me that I should avoid it.

I got the feeling she was hinting it will never be an issue and I don't need board approval.That said, if the appreciation keeps up, I could gain around 45K in the first year after I close on this house, and so forth, not counting principal pay down, cash flow and tax benefits.

As you start working with them, you may find one you want to work with more in the future, and you will help your offers get accepted by sweetening the deal for the agent who can subtly push for your deal over any potential others.

I will give you a hint, they usually are not allowed for your entire available balance or have a set max, come with hefty fees, and often are not included in the promotional intro rates.
