I am a student in Brad Sumrok's program and the deals that his students offer tend to be more investor-friendly (in terms of structure) than many big-name syndicators.

After years of using a property management company, I'm looking to self manage two 4 bedroom/2 bath student housing condos I own in a college town. 

I've been student rentals in 29205 / 29201 for 17 years.

SelfStorages.com is also another good site, and I frequently post on SelfStorageTalk but I have NEVER found a deal worth buying that anyone has ever discussed.The very best deals that we and our students find are by sending our targeted, direct mail to owners (that's pulling approximately 6%), and through the 65+ Small business Broker sites.

Hi Stuart - My investments (primarily multifamily dwellings) are just outside of Temple's student housing zone, near Girard.

Since I have been a student for the last 16 years and just recently graduated, I don't yet have a full time career in place meaning my income is subpar as I work towards receiving my Ontario Real Estate License.

Renting to SU students can be a complete nightmare because they can be heavy drinkers and destructive. 

We're looking to rent out our property on a room-by-room basis to travel nurses or co-op students.

Although there are tons of student rentals, there arealso  tons of post-grad students, resident physicians and other faculty and staff (not to mention the non-UI demand) that make great renters for multiple years.
