I love it when these banks put a sticker on the agency program and call it their own. :-)

Speak with every neighbor, put a sticker or door-hanger on every distressed house, talk to everyone at the gas station when you're filling up your tank, send letters, throw signs.... the list is endless!

@Shawn Ackerman  this is a State Program aimed at minimum rental safety and weatherization standards, if it is not in the program, and is non owner occupied and not a second home, it must comply within a year, if its not in the program you will pay a $55 fee for a "stip" at closing, you will need to get the property compliant, I.E. hand rails, 2 pains of glass on all windows, ability for heat source to maintain 65 degrees, ect then you need to hire a DILHR inspector to certify the property is compliant and get the paperwork in with the "Green Sticker" once the property is done it is good for life regardless if it falls into disrepair. also if its on the database, dont let the title company charge you for a stip, show them its in the program, it will save you the $55.  

The house looks pristine, doesn't have any sulfur smell, and the AC units are new with stickers still on.HOWEVER, I looked up the permit history.

Another note is the listing price is like the sticker price of a vehicle at a car dealership.

Signed up again, put stickers on my van, etc. still have not been asked to accept one.

Then I go to Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Hungary, Bulgaria and other Danube River countries and feel sticker shock at the cost "in dollars" of a Big Mac and I see the hidden inflation and devaluation of our dollars' power.

wow, this is a crazy argument. it's your rentals...do with it what works for you. if it doesn't work, then change it.i spend like $3 to make some cookies, a cheap xmas tray & a .05 small to/from xmas sticker on it. drop 'em off.

A modern, power-vented, condensing water heater is 20% more efficient than an older draft/convectional flue water heater.The upfront sticker price is normally <10% of the lifetime operating costs ... if you compare an older convectional flue gas water heater (EFT 0.60 - 0.75) to a new sealed-combustion, direct vented, condensing water heater (EFT 0.85 - 0.90), the newer should more than make up for the sticker difference over its life.

If there are winterization stickers on any of the fixtures, what are the dates on the stickers?
