Maintenance is not the same for a MH as it is for a stick built home. 1/4 inch PVC water lines that will freeze, plastic bathtubs crack, electrical lines run through the walls without staples, well, there is nothing to staple them to!

I believe home depot credit accounts (where you pay in full every month) qualify as do similiar accounts at staples and officemax.

@Karla Talancon Joe's KC is a staple, formerly called Oklahoma Joe's, Q39 is a newer kind of hipster BBQ place that is really good with a good craft beer selection, Strouds is another KC staple, they have some great home style food.

Culturally, in Central Arkansas, public transport is frowned on, but a staple for the people in these areas.

Companies that cater to luxury items will suffer, consumer staples and commodities will remain strong.
