I do  a search on webinars and videos and it only brings up forum posts.

The best way to determine value is to take a look at the property (or get videos) and run comps online.

In all of the research and videos I’ve watched on the topic I have never heard or seen anything stating this is illegal.

I would check out this video.

Because this is something I'm really considering, I've done research and watched countless videos.

It was clear from the video that this new law attempts to prevent wholesaling entirely, and Pickren feels that the interpretation of the law is sufficiently wide enough that any marketing for the assignment of a contract will fall of under the definition of this law.

This would appear a blatant disregard for disclosing to would be Investors information that would have been needed to make an informed investment decision.Perhaps you already have this YouTube video.
