A lot of deals are falling through these days as buyer's are getting cold feet and other buyers are spamming over-ask offers that aren't real, so these things go a long way.

Now it's possible to get a buyer if you don't give them ARV or rehab cost, but most of them won't be happy with you spamming their emails with your deal that might not even be a deal and it will be a lot harder for you.Hope I answered your questions and if anyone more experienced sees anything wrong with anything I've said feel free to correct me.

Easiest way to find out for your self use some spam emails and set up test accounts most of the different software have free versions.Hope that helps!

As someone that gets literaelly 5+ calls/texts a day (I am sick of them and I've had to turn on the iphones spam filter which blocks anyhthign that's not a contact), I can tell you where people that reach out to me fail1) They rely so much on automation that they use the first part of the LLC name.

Gosh, sounds like his email went into your spam folder and you never saw it.

If you’ve been trying that email address though and haven’t got any response in more than a day or two, maybe check your spam folder?

@Scott Winter I like YouMail because you can have added lines , different messages , blocks spam calls , and can be used as a mini live answering service.
