In the FWIW department, we use Rentec Direct to manage our rentals, which will “broadcast” (market) our properties to all the websites - in addition to publishing a website for each rental and collects applications for us from the referrals.

Hi Walter,While I obviously can't speak for Arizona as I am in Washington state, I think you're always good to find that the best deals are rarely, if ever broadcast to the world.

By simply inputting the data about my rental, the program will broadcast our rental out to 20+ listing sites... but the main one that matters is to list on Zillow.com.  

We are pretty rural so we don't have cable but satellite is.We just offer streaming on all the TV's no broadcast television.
