I was using neighborhood scout to figure out what would be the safer areas and found that those areas were less dangerous than the inner city, but they're still pretty dangerous.

You could sign a medium term lease (maybe month-to-month) upon arrival and use that time to scout neighborhoods.

you have a very hard time getting launched.. you waste deals left and right that you scout out and if you were licensed you could simply list and put on MLS and get paid.. its crazy to me how much buiness is lost in the wholesaling world just because they dont want to get into the profession ..
