The accepted (dunno 'bout legal) definition of MLM is that you only earn commissions on product sold by your downline and the percentage is determined by the "depth" of that line with respect to the sale.Again, speaking from first-hand knowledge and experience, not gossip, rumor or conjecture.My local community had our monthly REI workshop a week early due to the impending holidays.

Virtual Networking From The Coffee Underground I heard a rumor that a coffee shop in downtown Greenville has free internet access.

I think you will be required to have an office, a phone number, bond and insurance...so if all you'tre going to do is look in the MLS, well, just not worth it.....but if you want to be active, like Curt, work both sides of the street, then go fo it.BTW, your friend may have been speaking of his/her office, some agencies are made up of only brokers, here we have one named "House of Brokers" so no agents are admitted.I have heard too, that some states may be going to one test and you may choose to be a broker/agent, just phasing out the agent license, maybe that's what your friend was talking about, but that rumor has been around a long time....be safe and enjoy the weekend!

Been in the city doing deals since 2012.Rumor has it though that Fedex is building a giant commercial airport just outside of town near a city called Anderson.  

No proof that they're from Tesla but that seems to be the rumor.  

I think having one in my area would be perfect to go with the rumors of being the "new silicone valley" soon. 

This is just a process to find out whether the rumored "nightmare" is true. =)
