I have done well over a few thousand of these in the past but I stopped doing them about 8 years ago.  

We used Anderson Business Advisors to set everything up properly and have not regretted the couple thousand we spent, as well as the monthly fee for them to keep up all our legal and give us unlimited access to attorneys.

I don't appreciate these giant real estate personalities or influencers/motivators because it's stupid and unethical for people with kids and families of limited circumstances to be told they have a good probability of owning a "thousand doors." 

@Stephanie Betters can your app handle prospects (hundreds of thousands of them) or it is better for lead management (once a prospect "raises their hand" a becomes a lead)?

You have to get this done as fast as possible, and you're going to lose thousands from cancelled bookings and treatment as it is. 

For farm rural property loans, will be harder to come by if you want to get money out of your property, a good rule is to plan on keeping a land property for at least 10 years.If you goal is more cash flow related, you might want to look at buying single family, duplex, triplex or quadplex properties, these are the easiest properties to finance, and there are hundreds if not thousands of lenders in this space. 

To buy a BIG property today, you will need to take on extreme leverage, make a big bet, convince mulitple other people to hand you hundreds of thousands or millions of dollars, and then you have to be right, inside of a 3-5 year timebox, about your projections, supply, demand, expenses, and cap rates. 

It's been around for many years at this point and it has certainly helped many people.Now, as far as profitability - there are THOUSANDS of businesses that don't show a profit. 

I use over the range microwaves in all my rentals; it's just one less appliance renters need to bring and gains huge real estate in small kitchens, and the microwaves are almost the same cost as the hoods any more.As for the countertops the spots that always get ruined are the areas exposed to moisture; the clear poly repels the moisture and binds the sawdust together in the particleboard.
