@Josue RamosRecommend you first figure out the property Class you want to invest in, THEN figure out the corresponding location to invest in.If you apply Class A assumptions to a Class B or C purchase, your expectations won’t be met and it may be a financial disaster.So, when investing in areas they don’t really know, investors should research the different property Class submarkets.

Ever since that conversation I went on a deep dive of research and studying to figure out how to accomplish these wild ambitions of mine.She helped me get my first property when I was 24 years old, which we ended up selling after a few years and using the revenue to purchase another property.

I'm trying to figure out if this house would be a good mid term rental. 

I figured "this has to get better, right?"

So I would like to get the opinion of some experienced investors.My goal is to buy (3) three to four multifamilies.I inherited a 3 family fully paid off and own my current home.Between the two I have roughly 550-600k in home equity.  

Thanks Hi Spencer, I have a seven-figure portfolio that is a combination of both hands-on (direct real estate) and hands-off (syndication and crowdfunding)In my opinion, both have their pros and cons and neither is 100% superior to the other.

The net-to-me margin is roughly 2 percent.  

Now, you need to figure out how to find deals and pay for them.

I'm all about finding problems to solutions and figuring out how to make something work rather than simply conceding that it cannot work.
