Your anonymity is blown if you as manager/member of your WY LLC sign a mortgage ... i.e. get a loan.If you own property in a revocable trust (land trust) with someone other than yourself as trustee you can achieve anonymity, since that trustee will sign the mortgage.

Also, having the ability to write offers, e-sign them and put together offer packages with all the forms you need....isn't that a value?

You sign an agreement that the property is not going to be owner occupied during the time the loan is in place.

Land has been for sale 100 years with no for sale sign and you drive by it every day.
