Hello all new to the forum,  Jim Rohnn,  Rich dad Poor dad ect , BP podcast reader/ listener My name is Joshua i have a house  13 years and a w2 worker married with 2 girls native of Colorado,  would like to invest/ buy and hold  properties. 

What's happening this is another pivot year/decade where the rich get richer and the poor get into more problem.

Old rich guys love seeing young hungry, ambitious kids being gritty and scrappy.

There's the "Cash Flow" game from the Rich Dad empire.

Grant Cordone still rents :)..... what about "Rich man poor man"........and I've seen quite a few "RE guru's" that claim that buying a home is huge financial mistake.... better to rent and buy money producing RE assets, etc etc....Your point is that you a should have some first hand experience doing what you are having someone else pay you to help them do..

@Rich Wilken sounds like you are in a good market!!! 

I think people need to be more educated that it does take "hard things", but what I see is many are looking to get rich quick and whats the best way to do that?

Great to have goals, but its a long road to get from A-Z and real estate is not a get rich quick plan.

But for reasons out of my control Im equity rich and cash poor at this time.Youd think it would be an easily rectified situation, but seems not especially in a short time frame. 

They also continually mention how you can come to these forums for valuable insight.Assuming I have some nefarious intent by replying with a condescending "WHY", or it's as simple as a fourth down play (while not addressing my question) has made my journey here disappointing.I'll leverage rich content within this site and stir clear of commenting in the forums.
