Look at where you are advertising.

So you can know what they will pay before even advertising your rental. 

I sold one of mine last year to a gentleman from out of state who needed to do a 10:31 exchange, and he ended up just moving his son into the place I would recommend advertising on local and even out of state Facebook groups.

Was this not advertised or discussed prior to move in? 

Hi Chris,I am an operator and also have 50+ Real Estate clients with my advertising agency, many on whom are using Left Main.

Their deliverability was way below what they advertised.
