I'm not sure if the rest of the country is like this, but towns in Connecticut have web-based GIS explorers, but very little ability to manipulate and query the data.

Nicole is also part of our support team, but I just wanted to add a little more information about the thoroughness of our background checks for you.Our background check partner, Checkr, queries national criminal databases, into which local jurisdictions such as states and counties report their data.If there's a match in a national criminal database for one or more counties, Checkr sends a query to each county to confirm the record, in order to make sure that the national database search is accurate and really applies to the candidate, and not just someone with the same name. You can also download the background check directly from within your Cozy account so you have it for reference as well.

Think of this as a title problem for the moment.I agree with @Jon Holdman that the query is a bit confusing; it could be asked differently.Since I doubt if your name is really NA NA and you hide behind an alias without a photo, you'll get my generic answer:"it depends"If you mean that a deceased person died owning real property, presumably in CA, and a written will naming one person to serve as the executor with directions that another natural person or entity shall received the property, the law is pretty clear.'
