Pinellas county has all kids of different rules depending on exactly where you are.

Probably an easy fix that might make a big difference.

The market in Racine is much different than Kenosha and we have been having a hard time getting quality tenant applicants.

The only difference on paper is that the deductible for hail and winter storms is 5k instead of the 2,5k that I have with Farmers.
