@Rami Khaldi the Columbus thing was just a bad joke toward the sales-y folks here that pop up with the same copied/pasted hype message.

Sometimes it’s good to the shop local mom and Pop and or brick and mortar banks. 

It popped up on mls and the price was $225k.

This should be only if they are providing value, not just popping in and reporting back to you.

I am just a Mom and Pop operator. 

I know I'm just popping in here but I'd like to get some of the more aggressive folks to reach out and be heard.

But for mom-and-pop set ups -- one or two properties -- the time investment just doesn't seem worth it when you're working full-time and taking care of kids and trying to enjoy the life that REI supposedly allows you to enjoy.

Last years' exodus was 11,000 mom and pops.

And of course since its their boo boo and we spent a lot of money to get there and took our money out of circulation we usually could get a nice check out of them for the E and O .. was not often but as we talk about this and the good ole days pop up I keep remember things like this..

But I know they should be able to either pop that duct line back out so it isn’t kinked, or cut our and replace it for a few hundred bucks, it’s just wireflex insulated ducting.
