I will also do my part in really finding a quad that has been recently renovated if possible or i guess find the true rehab scenario of the place before making the plunge.

So I believe 2021 is the year I take the plunge into Real Estate and add this great asset into my portfolio.Now I understand everyones situation is unique and the best plan for someone wouldn't be the best plan for another.

This has been quite a long post but I wanted to introduce myself properly and hopefully as I gain more experience I'll be able to provide value to other people deciding to take the plunge into real estate investing.

Make sure that you understand tenant screening, leases and zoning ordinances before you take the plunge.  

I've already taken the plunge and started my pre-licensing coursework to become a Buyer's Agent in Georgia.

I have some credit card debt and little student loans I would like to pay off before looking into homes and taking the plunge.

I just started investing 3 months ago and have taken the plunge into investing and purchased 3 properties in Utah.
