Never mind that I have never had a problem with any landlords prior to dealing with this bum and always pay rent on time and always keep photo evidence of leaving properties in excellent condition.

Anyone who is willing to sink hundreds of thousands of dollars into an asset based on a photo deserves whatever they get. 

That said, the key - number one role, of any STR is to optimize revenue and STR is all about marketing and positioning the offer (the listing) - getting the pricing, photos, and copy correct in addition to delivering an A+ experience.
