If you have the Drive, Desire, Passion, and Perseverance without a PLAN B, and you have the lovely people here on Bigger Pockets to shorten that learning curve, and you truly have a school of knowledge and answers right at your fingertips; Why Not quit your job and go for it?

If you have hard work, perseverance and the courage to ask for help when you are unsure you can do it!

Perseverance is something that every success story has and it looks like you have your test in front of you.  

It takes something extra, courage, perseverance, gumption, or whatever it is for the average person to dive into Real Estate in any significant way.

So I did my DD and looked into REI and found out enough to know that succeeding in the RE industry requires an immense amount of planning, determination, perseverance, and knowledge, but it also comes with a lot of risks.

But since that first month everything has been going great, rent payments are being ACH deposited every month on time, tenant has had no complaints, and the house seems to be holding together.As many have said on the podcasts, perseverance and following through until you met your goal, has been the best advice so far.I look forward to meeting some local entrepreneurs in my area.

No matter how difficult the situation may be, if it is truly your passion about what you are doing, you will fail forward and continue to work at it and persevere. 

There are deals out there and some great returns to be had, just persevere!
