I´m asking because - though I´ve lived out of that market for a few years, I´ve remained connected - it seems to me that your goals are extremely optimistic.

I've got a SFR in the Loch Lomond neighborhood that is over due for an exterior paint job.. lots of peeling, cracking, and chipped paint.

What it seemed to do was mask the odor slightly but then it came right back about a month later. 

Thanks guys but I've used epoxy on indoor concrete before and it peeled on me and a few clients (like oil/latex paint!)

I'll keep my eyes peeled. 

Turns out they had masked the odor pretty well with incense, perfume etc.

You're painting because the paint is peeling, not to try to pass a lead inspection and get a lead cert. 

We then have to peel back the onion, and hopefully not cry when we look at unpaid property taxes, city liens and fines, state tax liens, bankruptcy, and a couple dozen hazards that can effect the value of the note.

Flooring is peel and stick.
