Really the container itself is only really replacing your exterior siding.

I don't know why, but I never thought about what you mentioned about how people contact businesses as opposed to businesses contacting prospects. 

Do you have any thoughts or suggestions on conventional stick built as opposed to the manufactured multi family that's availble?

I did this a few years ago and it still looks good as new, but I recently read that its not recommended to use fix-it-all on the exterior of the home because it can absorb the moisture in the air and further rot the wood. 

In a court case or two, I was asked by the opposing attorneys the question, "who filled out the forms and wrote the contracts".

I requested a lot more than I probably needed, but I wanted the detail which included interior, exterior and drone views.

As for my own market and the surrounding areas, I'm in one of those areas where the best I'm going to do is $500 monthly negative cash flow as opposed to $1,000 monthly negative cash flow.

The sides were joined, roof seam reshingled, exterior wall join had a strip of siding place on it. 

I wouldn't say I'm opposed to a corporate gig in real estate, I would love for my current full time job to complement my real estate ventures and expose me to experience in real estate deal flow at higher levels for sure.

Here in SC we have a ton of programs for downpayment assistance and even lower interest rates- I would consider taking advantage of something like that as opposed to renting here.
