Unfortunately it's even tougher to nail a deal in a prime location to airbnb.

They’re heated on a hot surface, usually a nail, and then inhaled through a dab rig. "   not legal...These are condo'd units, where we own several but there are other owners/tenants. 

All your removing of old whatever , sanding cutting scraping filling nailing is done first.

-make sure you have your numbers down (when evaluating cash flow and be super conservative)-nail down location and figure out if you want to do buy and hold/ flip / etc. multi family vs single family etcGood luck!!!

Luckily the bank I get my financing from does a lot of farm loans so they see a lot of people come in with dirt under there nails to get loans.

My remodel money estimate was assuming bringing bathrooms to rental level, not retail polished level.
