No good.One of my workers rents the other side of the duplex "cousin" lives in, and they've called the police on this "cousin" and her children multiple times for noise disturbances, threats (from the mother and her boyfriend), and vandalization (the kids ripped my my workers vegetable garden and threw the veggies onto his porch!).

It doesn't matter if it is tobacco, marijuana or tree moss.... if it is smoked, we prohibit it anywhere on our property.

Common line items that are too high or are not necessary to have, are typically related to services that the current ownership is paying for (e.g. gardeners, coin laundry leases, pest control services, etc.)

Something to consider though, it might be worth a hundred bucks or so to hire someone to dig the garden for a bit and make sure that the crack isn't due to an underground stream running under the slab.
