Some have the ability to do about all they desire.They make/change rates as needed, modify/remodel the property as they desire.Sounds goofy to me, but some just want that check every month, when ever the property manager gets around to depositing it.Often, even the lowest paid worker in the company can change operations.

That said any given company may have further restrictions in place and the rules can be modified at a moments notice.

When I look at my contract and the longer state contracts, I make sure they address the issues that need to be addressed and also get modified over time should something come up.You need to fully understand your contracts.
