I just wish you were a touch less confrontational about things you're actively asking to learn something about.And your whole positivity all-the-time kick...it reminds me of propaganda shots of the Hitler Youth and the Soviet Union's Young Pioneers, all those teenagers in line with wide fixed smiles enthusiatically doing calisthenics in the broiling sun, not a hint of the death camps or the gulags about them as they focused on an ever-more-brilliant future to come, the Thousand Year Reich and the Worker's Paradise.In this country, I have learned to deeply mistrust permanently positive people who melt into puddles and wail at the first sign of real hardship.

What's next - complaining the ice is melting only to realize the tenant is storing the ice in the sink?

All of sudden, the heat and air condition does not work, the stove does not work and tenent stated that nothing is smoking or smells burnt but notices  melted plastic near the heating system. 

Hi Todd,If Keller gets a lot of hail, the vinyl siding I've seen can get hail holes punched in it (allowing water to get behind it).Some areas have repair companies that will come out and melt the holes closed and try to camouflage them as best as possible.It's not a huge issue, but in hail country it does happen.In Texas a lot of people like Hardie board type siding, but it need a special saw blade to cut it, and you need to keep it dry before you attach it.

The vendor will do everything within their ability to keep these areas clear and treated, but please take extra precaution while walking since the steps and sidewalks become very slippery.If applicable, please feel free to make use of the ice melt near the doors inside the building for interim treatment.

This includes sellers (they may believe that homes get priced higher in the spring) and buyers (wait until after the snow melts to get boots on the ground to visit/view properties).There may be less sellers, but there is possibly less buyers as well and I'm hoping this minimizes the "Supply vs Demand" effect.If I can get into a property during the winter that has value and is cash flowing, then it is just another day in the office.
