One inherited a good size chunk, another was a lottery winner, another was an RE Investor and used his profit to pay off his cards (too quickly, apparently), ... need more?

Even if you offer the 75k, they accept it and then you dump the contract, at least then you know what to resubmit at when you get your ducks in a row.Granted, this is a great learning experience, but it's almost like a 8th grade writing assignment I had about what I'd do if if i won the lottery.

The way the electrician explained it to her it would be similar odds to winning a lottery in this system failing, and that is what she said right back to me.So if it were you, what would you do?

I feel like we hit the lottery...If this residence were different from our primary we may have taken the equity and invested in another property, but the $400+/mo reduction in our mortgage was too good to pass up. 

It's the whole "lottery winners going broke" scenario.  

Account Closed,I'm sure you've heard of folks who have won the lottery and wound up dead broke again soon after.

Additionally, all Georgia residents graduating from high school with a 3.2 GPA or better are eligible for assistance through the state-lottery funded HOPE Scholarship.Atlanta, Georgia in my opinion has good value for money. 

But someone with no visible means of support might also be a millionaire who inherited the money, won the lottery, or cashed out stock options from a start-up, and now wants to take time off.
