Where you live in relation to the investment property shouldn't matter.

If you have a job where you make way more then you live on this makes think you are probably pretty safe.  

Yes, at first it is hard to find renters but because of my patience, trust, perseverance and dedication, I am now living my best life and living financially free. 

They eat all their profits because they have to live off it.

Both of those websites charge the tenants more than $25 and we require all adults living in our units to pay and fill out an application.
