I will second @Ned Carey and say that short of an Ivy League real estate MBA the CCIM program is the best education available and much less expensive though it's not cheap.

@Robert Ellis It was King Arthur Court.  17 units, not in the same league as the ones they're talking about I suppose. 

Two are graduates from Ivy League Universities with degrees in Architecture and Civil Engineering, and one is an Urban Planner fromTufts University(all from places out of state with no Michigan ties).  

Mike Im kind of out of my league here on advice as I am in sunny S calif and you are in Jersey.I would consult with the local water provider and a local father and son plumbing shop for the meter splits.Remenber get the best possible insulation to avoid burst water mains in the winter time.Steam heat is a mystery to me as we simply dont need it here in Los Angeles.We crank up gas wall heaters a couple months in the wintertime aside from that,,,,thats about it.Again seek competant local help.I reccomend smaill family business with good reputations cant go wrongDD

If you are not a qualified shrink, practised many years and spent time analysing this particular person you are way out of your league in determining whether this person is a genuine risk or not.

Commute to NYC is on average slightly briefer for Weehawken compared to Union City, although this would depend on the particular spot you are in.The waterfront newer construction is in its own league and so are Boulevard East properties with NYC views (even if the latter may be older buildings).
