The thing that worries me is that one of us is going to end up doing all the work or the deal with become complicated with both us juggling different things and always requiring something from the other person.My question is how can we utilize his investors funds while also keeping him in the deal.

I think its smart to keep your properties and just juggle around some equity to take out to help fund your projects.

I have a portfolio of 9 SFH and condos and trying to get my first multi-family (around 2M price range), I can easily do 80% LTV (75% with some juggling around), Im wondering if VonFinch Capital can be of any help?
