Something I've found is that Denver is a much harder place to get started from as investing standpoint so I've been curious if people have had success investing outside of Colorado and in the Milwaukee area (where I moved from) or the Indianapolis area (where I grew up and the rest of my family lives).I'm 27 and currently work in Sales as a manufacturer's rep on the plumbing side for new construction commercial projects throughout all of Colorado and Southern Wyoming.

I've had some good conversations with the Farm Credit reps, cant hurt to call them and ask their thoughts. 

The rep at Home Depot said you don't need any particle board or U lay installed underneath the vinyl plank flooring.

I am meeting Catholic Services rep on Thursday.

Not sure where all the "bad rep" came from!

I myself am a Medical Device rep who has recently relocated to the area.

If you have a good real estate agent/lender/or maybe even lawyer that can fight for you they might be able to reduce some extra fees.Also, most likely the lawyer isnt selling insurance they have a relationship with a title rep and they send people to their insurance company when they can.

The tenant stated that he did not have a ss# (which was not true because he is in bk now with one)  He stated that he had just arrived in the Country a few months ago as a rep for a furniture company in Denmark to furnish the new Mercedes Benz HQ in Atlanta and also the We Work facilities. 

I don’t sell or rep any epoxy firms and you could do it yourself.

I ran into the same issues when I was looking, because i have a smaller portfolio (mostly single family and multifamily rentals).I met a rep from dwel.co at one of my local investor meetings, and he was telling me about the software they are building.
