Was that just a throw out there some sort of anti-immigrant o racist rhetoric?

I am a first generation immigrant and will be the one to drive generational change towards success. 

I’m waiting on info from their solicitors as well as my attorney.

Things to consider:- material prices- building methods- partnerships- permitting - areas with more relaxed code- States that are growing beacons of liberty- skilled labor and project managers- creative, outside the box solutions- building seasons and off seasons- immigrant labor - new immigrant housing- secure/ gated housing developments

Out of the other two - they are currently taking one tenant to court to evict them, and the other is occupied by an undocumented immigrant.

I am an immigrant from Philippines. 

Recently immigrated from South Africa to Canada, but moving to Atlanta in 9 to 12 months.
