When there are no events, the venue has been booked for short-term rentals.Business has no debt, and is turn-key (advertising is creating a healthy pipeline, there are existing employees, and will come with all the inventory and FFE&V). 

Both are W-2 employees. 

They will charge you $25k to connect you with a CPA who is not a WealthAbility employee, they are contract workers.

The best decision I made in a while was to hire a real professional painter as a w-2 employee.

I would suggest a minimum Workers Comp. policy in case of an injury to a uninsured subcontractors employee.   

He also taught me we are independent contractors we are not employees and we do not have to put up with rude behavior etc.Engelo you would not know it but I was a lot like you in my younger years when it came to rude and disrespectful clients. 

I have a 710 credit score so that is no issue at all but it is just the proof of income not being a w2 employee that can get tricky.

My Mom is having an issues with an employee she recently fired, that she is suspecting wrote a bunch of negative reviews on her google account(no actual proof).
