I will say the Facebook groups and reversing different platforms have been the most successful.

My personal soapbox statement - Airbnb is an abusive spouse that slowly people are waking up to realize they are in a controling abusive relationship and they start to develop an escape plan (more platforms/direct website) so they are no longer relying on Airbnb.

Through relentless self-education on platforms like BiggerPockets, networking like crazy (over 200 Zoom calls in 2020!)

We have a responsibility to shine a light on this industry and hold people who publicly try to raise capital on and adjacent to our platform accountable for their behavior and outcomes. 

You should utilize resources like BiggerPockets, build a team, and use online platforms to find potential properties.

If there are any platforms offering more attractive terms on the HEA than the HELOC it could be an option. 

We are now offering a limited service option where you would own the Airbnb listing, we would have to own the other platforms we list on listings, however.

If so I'd recommend looking at RentRedi, it's free for pro members and it has a free prescreening application, and also does credit and background checks through the platform that the applicants pay for.
