@Kevin PowellI believe he meant if you found a property with 65% ARV, make sure the rehab cost will not go over 15% its ARV.And same if you found a 70% ARV, rehab cost should not go above 10% of its ARV.

That being said, larger players like List Source, etc. probably pay the county a fee for accessing their interface and quite possibly are given a different interface to use so they don't disrupt the website / interface meant for the general public.
