I heard about house hacking this morning actually while listening to the small multifamily podcast from the other day.This site is awesome and I love that I get to connect to so many people and have countless resources at my finger tips.

They will recommend only good people to me when I ask and they will have their finger on the pulse of availability/progress and also get the word out that I am a good person to work for.If I were you I would look around your house/units and see all the household/tool/etc. things you may need or want and then I would go down to Kovarik True Value Hardware (just did a search), introduce yourself, ask to open an account, buy some items and explain your needs...

Fingers crossed, I'm going all in.

So crossing fingers.

It is so important to have an agent who has this knowledge and is willing to keep their finger on the pulse of what is happening across the state. 

In my opinion, investors are not factoring that in because the eviction moratorium is a short-term problem (fingers crossed). 

We work with investors from all over the world and I think I can count on 1 finger the number of them that would replace it proactively. 

So, I crossed my fingers and about 10 years later realized that I was deeply in love (or desired) a beautiful American-Japanese girl 10 years younger than myself.

now i just need to find a passive investment strategy that can get be 5 to 6% and where i feel relatively comfortable. fingers crossed.really wished i had found biggerpockets when i first started in 2009.
