If you could explain your thinking behind how you want to be ingrained in the multi family network and why you are pursuing your licence to help get you there that would be great!

During the year, as I do my due diligence, rebuilding my credit and work history, as per J.Scott's and other pros awesome advise, going for my RE licence. 

So I was given the advise to reach out to local Brokers before I take my real estate licences test.  

I have my real estate licence and dabbled in working with a property management company but it was not my thing.

They may have similar terms as the Fannie / Freddie loan programs, but hold their own paper allowing them to go over this fictitious limit.  

I'm in process of getting my licence and also I started to research companies I could work for in my city.

I had to get an EIN from the IRS (free) and register a fictitious name with the state of PA ($70) for the properties in my personal name.

I'm also not a fan of these hundred dollar seminars/classes I'd rather read a book, does anyone's recommend me to get my RE licence so I can have firm background knowledge or what!!??.
