- Would it be better to enlist the help of a company that handles the servicing - or does that just add complexity.Anyone have experience doing this with their buildings?

I had an Army enlistment bonus in the bank and two college friends and I had all gotten jobs in the same city.

I also enlisted the services of a PM.

In January its a new year for me Im going to enlist in the air force res. and after training im going to look for a certified appraiser to work under, as I have taken the exam for my state already.

I don't ever say this lightly, but I would enlist a lawyer.  

My initial thought was to network with several wholesellers to enlist their services and leverage their scalability of searching, marketing, and purchasing.  

When enlisted persons get reassigned, it's a no-fault termination. 

Shortly after high school I enlisted in the United States Coast Guard which took me to places all over the U.S, unfortunately it wasn't what I wanted to continue doing as a career and I knew I could do better outside of the Coast Guard, I decided to finish out my enlistment after 8 years of service to follow my desire to be an entrepreneur, I started working with my dad at his  shop hoping to help him turn it around but unfortunately his drive to grow has decreased and I decided to work toward my life goal to be in real estate investing.

I'm still in the growing pains stage, but what helped me get momentum was to focus on marketing for seller leads, and once I found a promising one to enlist an experienced investor for assistance & profit split.

Those who choose to enlist the assistance of an answering service or virtual assistant use them with the same conviction and success as those who choose to answer their calls 24/7 or fraction there of.
