Hi @Tom De Moya, I think the 30-year gives you the right mix of stability and flexibility.

An FHA (DE) underwriter has to justify all loans they approve and be able to defend it if the loan goes bad otherwise there DE credentials could be on the line.  

One thing I like about how we do things here is we just de facto list by what the tax record says.
