Rently just called me today to tell me they have smart home locks and the tenants can turn on the lights, a/c etc.

Re-piped the whole property, built a laundry room, expanded the pool deck and added pavers, refenced the property, re-built 2 exterior staircases, re-landscaped, and put in all new cabinets, granite, appliances, LVP flooring, lights, doors, blinds, etc.What was the outcome?

I've done camera work and the plumber said they see light root growth, but I could clean the pipes annually to prevent growth and back ups.

At turn lane or lights?  

It's in good shape, but I'm wondering if we'd see the ROI in the refinance from a higher appraisal if we decided to rip it out and add sheetrock and recessed lighting.

Sept 2024 +33% compared to last year (Sept 2023 was bad for some reason).Rest of the year is still light but hoping it picks up.

After some time we are able to renovate with new flooring, new paint, new light fixtures, new bathroom fixtures and vanity, new kitchen countertops, and painting the kitchen cabinets and new cabinet hardware for about $7500 on a 1/1 or 2/1 apartment.

The house is in really good shape and the area looks fairly clean, but a couple people I've talked to have a lot of concerns of that area which is giving me second thoughts... any other locals able to shed some light?

Can someone please shed some light on this? 

As long as everything works (lights, plumbing, etc.) and there are no hazards (like an open ground) the big things are peeling paint (particularly on window sills) and smoke detectors.
