I was just delighted to have the handful of calls that I have had in my first few mailings, but was obviously hoping for more.Things I am considering: expanding my property search radius, once the snow clears doing some bandit signs, finding a couple more target groups for mailings.I also have to cut myself a little slack as I am still working full time, with two busy teenagers at home, while trying to get started in REI.

That is one thing I heard, that they go up in flames fast and depending on the build, particle board floors could easily cave in if exposed to too much moisture.Thanks!
