We debated an attorney and thought about doing it ourselves, but you may be right.

I'm debating whether to sell it or rent it. 

This is a tough business by itself to add heated debates with the owners - Tenants will squeeze life out of you, especially in such low income area. 

(We can debate alcohol as a social lubricant another time and whether or not it really makes me more charming).After a while, I would talk to the same 3-4 people each time and eventually friendships - and later, business partnerships - blossomed.  

Out of the many different variables that go into that choice one that I keep debating is the following:I hear a lot of people tell me to stay away from Condos because of the unpredictability of HOA fees.

This is not a thread to debate the government shutdown (political discussion is against the forum rules), but rather just a warning to people that I just ran into an issue.  10% of our workforce is government employees, and roughly 1% of the entire countries work force, so this is something to be aware of. 

I debated becoming a RE Agent years before I actually did and it’s one of my biggest regrets.

I've debated just focusing on one or two areas of work like flooring and painting, and demo perhaps and then hiring out the rest of the work.
