This is a double threat. 

I think recently internet/e-commerce has posed a huge threat to the perceived value of commercial RE and the demand for it as well.

Arm yourself with some TREC/NAR threats.

Are there policies of the various candidates (and/or parties) that may pose more of a threat than others to REI in general, i.e. immigration/amnesty/deportation, minimum wage increases, etc?  

And for that matter there was a VICE episode that says we are entering another cold war with Russia so the threat of nuclear attack is real...

So, if you (your tenant living in the tiny house) don't have a dog that bites neighbors, or mental disorder that has you getting into fist fights with your neighbors (either would invoke the "direct threat" exception to the Fair Housing Act), you can basically do WHATEVER THE HELL YOU WANT, as long as it's "reasonable" to the DISABILITY involved. 

I hate having to fill out information on-line..I do not like to have a cyber footprint any larger than necessary to conduct business..BUT I could not stand by and have the only comment regarding Asa & Forrest be a so opposite of what my experience has been working with these guys!

Make sure you do not break any laws... i.e. trespassing, threats etc.
