Just having a power team of cleaners, handyman, electrician, plumber, etc should cover your needs.

I'm struggling with the same issue right now for my portfolio where my cleaners are basically resigning in November citing lack of help and the travel distance with gas prices on the rise...

Guys from a tax standpoint much cleaner operating accounts and  have all capital contribution into the LLC.

The only things these other gaskets have going for them is that they're reusable, neater, and cleaner.

I would go with all the PM suggestions, all of your own suggestions, and also ask the cleaners what they think.  

Last week I saw an add out in front of one of the restaurants in town that said, "Now Hiring, Someone who will show up"  Next problem is going to be a shortage of cleaners and service people.
