Simply classifying this transaction as a flip because you "flip other properties" does not indicate in and of itself that the intent for this property was also to flip.

I understand you have to check with each local county or city zoning department, but was hoping someone might have experience or links to resources that can identify the zones classified to allow containers and/or areas they have built them on more quickly.

There are  certainly plenty of F neighborhoods with absolutely terrible properties but I would be interested in how others in Gainesville might classify this particular neighborhood.  

As a beginner, when you begin marketing to motivated seller through various channels (postcards, classified ads, pay per click, pay per text, bandit signs etc) and the calls starts coming in, what questions do you have in mind to ask these sellers?

Once I discovered this was classified as a mixed use (and after I posted this here) I went to the city zoning office to see what I could do if anything to get it rezoned.

You can only ask about the need for a service animal, which is legally considered an assisted device - just as a cane or walker are classified.

For a loan on something like your own home, it would be classified as a loan on "primary residence."

I do believe that some wholesalers are unscrupulous but dont think its fair to classify all wholesalers into any group.  

To classify something as worthless just because it fits a certain profile (college, conservative, Chinese) is shortsighted.
