I can't imagine that the manufacturer of the 1st floor radiators made them in a manner that will be harmful to children?

Furthermore, people renting STRs have a lot of furniture and what not in those properties; an investment they won't be able to recoup by having a garage sale. 

STR, you will have to spend about 10k on furniture, and everything else, why bother? 

After 2 months in the unit... one of the tenants damaged a lot of my property in a drunken rage... endangering the mother of his children and front of his infant and toddler and getting arrested.

The thing is I know that the owner died and the children out of state are the ones selling it(I spoke to the neighbors), so I know that the children will just sell it to someone else.

I want to be free to do what I want in my 40s with my family and guide my children now, not in my 50 or 60s.

Those are both places you can get a lot of STR supplies from soaps through to furniture at trade discounts. 

She had 2 children but neither has changed it into there name or paid the tax’s.

I work for a LTR PM company and have been getting about a call a day since November of STR owners wanting to go LTR, but many of the homes are too big for LTR or they don't want to get rid of the furniture.

You basically need to assign a value to all of the personal property (furniture, appliances, TVs, kitchen supplies, etc) inside the STR and they'll send you a tax bill based on the total.
