I would go to collect rent and they are sitting there eating McDonalds, watching cable TV with alcohol bottles in the garbage.

I'm not saying you should make your own out of computer paper and a Sharpie, but your business card also doesn't need to have a pop-up photo of yourself and play a jingle and also function as a bottle-opener.

It's like you wanna buy a bottle of Altadena milk, and you hesitate between calling Altadena or buying the bottle at Trader Joes. 

I'd for sure look into the situation before I agree to pay .Water, sewer off in a building for a few days is yup a issue that's why they have port a potties and bottled water.. and hotels if needed..

I've found over 20 intact whiskey bottles from the late 1800s under a duplex when I was repairing floor joists.

Also used lots of "natures Miracle" spray bottle which neutralized the urine/odor using enzymes. 

Had a tenant's boyfriend putting bottle caps in the disposal.

I'm not proud of it but I've peed in plenty of Gatorade bottles. 

Then leaves the empty beer bottles on top of the concrete enclosure which belongs to my nice tenant.
