I’ve been fortunate to find older couples for the most part and the decor hast bothered them.

And we are taking about licensed contractors in business for 20 years or more and highly recommended There is so much work here they just don’t bother showing up or calling and do other jobs. 

It doesn't bother me if they end up coming at the same time to look at it as it just shows them they aren't the only one interested.

If things are damaged I don't even bother talking to them.

It is possible - but not likely if the payments are being made on time - lenders are to busy chasing non-performing mortgages to worry about one that is being paid on time - but it is possible - it never bothered me and I've done many of them.
