If not, and they cannot react quick enough to your needs to see places fast than just simply find another agent.

There are many flat fee brokers not in PM that will take you under their license to do management, just understand your State requirements before you do something that could jeopardize your your future goals by inadvertently getting slapped on the wrist or fined by your licensing body.  

I'd read some of the posts where some folks reacted negatively... so I tried to not sound too aggressive.  

Sometimes the cost is slightly higher but the advantage is that you can advertise less but still reach more of the best audience.And imagine how your target market will react when they walk into a home that designed EXACTLY with them in mind!

Most tenant's would react to this notice and pay up.
