I really think there is great benefit to getting this right to start and then automating it best you can going forward.

My personal belief is that "It is not the software that defines the process, but the process that should define the software" In other words, each and every one of us have a unique business, with unique processes that can utilize software to reduce workload, provide a better customer experience and automate tasks.

This might be a dumb question, but I own a 4 unit property and have been hit with two $50 fines stating"Violation Code and Description:107141 - Premises not litter free"Basically trash bags being on the property outside of cans because they've overflown. 

Good chance cat was using those as a litter box.

One important thing to investigate is the automated services your brokerage will provide to you for those fees.

It took me about 6 months to build this operation from scratch, because I had to make adjustments on the criteria I wanted apply in each of the verticals (I ended up with 9 channels), figure out how to get this info in the first place, then put in procedures to automate this process somehow (I started off with hiring VAs overseas, which in itself is a learning process, and now with the help of my IT friend who has partnered up with me, is in the process of automating the data extraction process using AI/machine learning). 

I have been searching for a system to automate generating leads for wholesaling. 

Albeit, this is my second (might as well be first) experience using something other than an automated "yes, no, fill in the blank" tax service.

We have automated a few things and are happy with it.
